Designer Notes: Our Clients have lived happily for 35 years in their current custom built home. With a lifetime of memories its hard to make change however, they entrusted us to help them list their home and maximize their selling potential. They have semi-retired from their Commercial Real Estate Business. They made the decision to downsize from their almost 4000sq ft. home and to have another home custom built in a New 55+Parkland Community "The Falls" by Ryan Homes. One of the first things noted when meeting with them is their love for each other and family and their exuberant passion for life!

We talked in great detail about the changes needed to list their home; among them the decision to paint the entire home to create a light and airy design, minimizing personal items and accessories and updating the light fixtures etc. The clients were happy with the results of their sale!
